Éric FRÉCON, chercheur-associé à l’IRASEC, a participé le 4 novembre 2021 à un webinaire organisé par l’Institut Thomas More et intitulé L’Indopacifique : laboratoire de la sino-mondialisation maritime ? Son intervention avait trait aux projets portuaires chinois dans les pays de l’ASEAN, entre mythe et réalité, afin de discuter l’idée d’une hégémonie régionale.
