Emmanuel DIALMA
Dr. Emmanuel Dialma is a French Jurist who teaches law in Cambodia, expert of the Cambodian code of laws, and the former Head of the Research and Development Department of a Cambodian University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is a graduate in Political Sciences, with a PhD in Law (University of Lyon, France), and focuses his research interests on Philosophy and in Social Anthropology. He taught and conducted research at the Royal Cambodian University of Law and Economics (Phnom Penh), and at the Royal Cambodian School of Administration (Phnom Penh). His publications include several articles on international law, international relations, human trafficking, development, good governance, and decentralization.
