Experience
Roberto Martin N. Galang teaches strategy at the John Gokongwei School of Management at Ateneo de Manila University. His research interests revolve around the impact of government institutional inefficiencies on firm behavior. His work has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Business and Society, and the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings. He completed his PhD in Management from the IESE Business School and his MSc in Development Economics from Oxford University. Prior to becoming an academic, he has had close to ten years of professional experience as an economic consultant in the United States and the Philippines, analyzing public policy issues for private corporations.
