Alicia HARTMANN

Alicia Hartmann is a legal practitioner with training in « Diplomacy and strategic negotiations » and « Human rights and Humanitarian law ». In 2010 she joined the Mission on Democratic Governance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in 2011 she took office with the Beninese Constitutional Court and the French Embassy in Cotonou, as a legal practitioner seconded from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Alicia has been the regional coordinator for the Observatory on illicit trafficking within the Greater Mekong Sub-region since September 2012.
