Arnaud LEVEAU

Deputy director of IRASEC from 2006 to 2010

He did part of his studies in Beijing before starting his professional career in Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City. He was in charge of the Asia Department of Icosi (Institute for International Social Cooperation) and co-founded the association Asia Pacific Research. Based in South-East Asia, he was a press correspondent for several French and international titles before becoming deputy director of IRASEC from 2006 to 2010. He is the author of “Le Destin des fils du dragon” (L’Harmattan-IRASEC, 2003). Currently in Seoul, he is finalizing a doctoral thesis (Institut d’Asie orientale-École normale supérieure de Lyon) on the relations between South Korea and Southeast Asia with a field grant from the Korean Foundation and the support of Eads.
