Béatrice Mariolle is an urban planner, co-director of Brès+Mariolle et associés, and scientific advisor of the Atelier International du Grand Paris. She teach at the Paris-Belleville National School of Architecture and is conducting research at the Research Unit “Architecture, Urbanism, Society : Knowledge, education, Research” (AUSser − CNRS). For several years she focus her work on low density territories, rural or peri-urban area, and the relations between human mobility, natural environment and built environment for the becoming of sustainable territories.
