Trois événements scientifiques ont été organisés au Vietnam par TRAN Thi Anh Dao (chercheure IRASEC basée à Ho Chi Minh Ville) et Claire TRAN (directrice de l’IRASEC à Bangkok) du 6 au 11 novembre. La conférence à Ho Chi Minh ville a été précédée le 6 novembre par une journée de formation coorganisée avec la faculté d’économie et de gestion publique (Ho Chi Minh City Open University) autour du Pr Robert BOYER. Grâce à la traduction simultanée de l’économiste NGUYÊN Don Phuoc, étudiants et enseignants de l’Université ouverte ont pu suivre les enseignements du Prof BOYER.
