Ce dispositif de l’InSHS permet de recruter 4 doctorants, inscrits en thèse en France (dans une école doctorale, avec rattachement à une UMR en France), qui effectuent au cours de leur doctorat une mobilité dans l’une des unités à l’étranger co-pilotées par l’InSHS.
