À Hanoi, l’IRASEC a été associé le 11 novembre à une journée d’étude organisée à l'occasion du 10ème anniversaire de la faculté d'économie internationale de Foreign Trade University (FTU), sur la thématique Industrialization with inclusive and sustainable development. Cinq chercheurs invités par l’IRASEC (Prof Robert BOYER, Yves TIBERGHIEN (UBC) et Marcin PIATKOWSKI (World Bank), TRAN Thi Anh Dao (IRASEC) et Étienne ESPAGNE (AFD) ont participé à des sessions parallèles dans lesquelles des doctorants (...)

Trois événements scientifiques ont été organisés au Vietnam par TRAN Thi Anh Dao (chercheure IRASEC basée à Ho Chi Minh Ville) et Claire TRAN (directrice de l’IRASEC à Bangkok) du 6 au 11 novembre. Une conférence internationale Rethinking Asian Capitalism and Society in the 21st Century et une journée de formation avec l’économiste français Robert BOYER, ont été coorganisées avec le Southern Institute of Social Sciences (SISS) et à l’université ouverte (UO) à Hô chi Minh Ville. La conférence à Ho Chi Minh ville a été précédée le 6 novembre par une journée de formation coorganisée avec la faculté d'économie et de gestion publique (Ho Chi Minh City Open University) autour du Pr Robert BOYER. Grâce à la traduction simultanée de l’économiste NGUYÊN Don Phuoc, étudiants et enseignants de l’Université ouverte ont pu suivre les enseignements du Prof BOYER.
